With two back-to-back hits in Kedarnath with Sushant Singh Rajput and Simmba with Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan has become of the the most talked about newcomers in Bollywood.
First with her debut movie, Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath, which also starred Sushant Singh Rajput and then again, in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba with Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan has become the most-talked about newcomer in Bollywood. She has not only won the heart of critics and fans alike with her spunky and spontaneous acting chops, she has also delivered the box-office numbers with her films. While Kedarnath was a big hit at the box-office, Simmba turned out to be a blockbuster.
In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Sara, who has been time and again compared to her mother Amrita Singh, opened up about the comparisons. Though, critics and fans believe that Sara has the same spunk that Amrita had in her younger days and brings it to the big-screen, the Simmba actress believes otherwise and insists that she’ll never be as good in roles that he mother had aced back in the day.
